Safe Handling Throughout the Process – All the Way to Release
Repackaging may be required for many reasons, including label changes, amendments to packaging text, language adaptations, or other regulatory requirements. We provide a flexible, tailored repackaging service that ensures your products reach customers and business partners quickly and correctly.
Our Qualified Person (QP) can release products for markets in Denmark, the EU, and worldwide, always in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. We manage the entire documentation process, prepare the necessary SOPs, and establish a comprehensive quality agreement between Herlev Pharma Service and your company.
Our approved production facilities can handle secondary packaging, labelling, and the documentation required for day-to-day operations, providing you with a reliable partner throughout your supply chain.
From Import to Distribution
We can manage the entire process – from import and transport to release, storage, and distribution.

Import & Transport
We manage imports from manufacturing sites worldwide, including the necessary import and export licences and transport to Denmark.

Goods Receipt Inspection
We inspect products upon receipt and ensure that their quality meets the required specifications. Where necessary, we arrange analyses through our network of partners.

Quarantine & Storage
Before release, products are stored in our approved quarantine warehouse. Following release, they can be stored at 15–25°C until further distribution.

Handling & Release
We manage repackaging, clinical packaging, labelling, and related activities and review all relevant documentation and batch records as part of the release process.

Distribution
We manage onward distribution to companies, clinical departments, and wholesalers, as well as exports to companies abroad.
